This document outlines guidelines for a productive partnership focused on quality, clear communication, and social media growth. Onboarding

  1. Please finish your onboarding process with us. Make sure that platform has your rate card, account details updated. (Only if you’re expecting Spreadd team to bring the brand collabs)
  2. Please connect your social media. You might have trust issues for a start, but, that is okay, you can take your time. But, let us tell you one thing !!! This is just to make our journey better and smoother. We only read your Meta data and for that, even we ask your permission. We derive multiple data-points out of that and it helps us define the strategies in a much better way.
  3. Once you finish your onboarding, kindly confirm the details with the Spreadd team. We are aligning tools for your content monetisation where we will need help on complete profile onboarding - Public profile, Media link can be done right away. ( Consultation, Community, creator store - Coming soon)

Monthly Plan

  1. Content Workflow: The Spreadd team will share a monthly plan outlining ideation, scripting, and execution timelines.
  2. Approval Timelines: Provide feedback on ideation within 2 days to avoid delays. Major communications should be documented in writing to prevent confusion.
  3. Progress Tracking: Stay updated via the master sheet, where all progress is tracked end-to-end. Don’t worry—we’ll ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout.

Best Practices

  1. Urgent Requests: Branded concepts or scripts will be handled within 48 hours for ideation and 3 working days for scripting. Confirm timelines with Pooja before committing to brands. We would request you to plan your brand communication in very well advanced so that we can deliver better results. Within these time, multiple discussion between all the stakeholders can happen to finalise best possible scripts.

  2. Shoot Planning: Shoot dates will be scheduled 7–10 days in advance. Changes should only be made for urgent reasons.

  3. Post-Shoot Sync: After shoots, a team call/in-person meeting will ensure alignment on content tone, messaging, and deliverables.

  4. Editing Calendar: An editing plan will be shared after shoots. Provide feedback on the posting sequence within 2–3 working days.

  5. Unexpected Changes: Urgent adjustments will be handled based on mutual agreement and most importantly, based on team availability.

    PS: We are trying to follow best practices to make the growth of your profile. Hence, we want to keep proper time on every step to make it smoother for you and the team.

    Also,  we try not entertain any urgent requests. We understand this industry has sometimes volatile requests, but as a Spreadd we are trying to streamline the same. And hence, we expect your support in the same.
